Tasks
Your responsibilities include:
Diagnosing faults through test drives
Supporting technicians in troubleshooting and performing work
Clarifying repair solutions and approvals with Porsche Germany via the ticket system (PRMS)
Scheduling workshop orders in consultation with service advisors
Checking workshop orders for factual accuracy and completeness
Final inspections during all workshop visits and ensuring Porsche quality standards
Planning and scheduling technical staff
Professional use and utilization of all available customer service information on repair and testing methods
Compliance with the relevant specifications and guidelines, in particular the Accident Prevention Regulations (UVV) of the German Social Accident Insurance (BG)
Requirements
Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician and completed training as a master mechatronics technician
At least 3 years of experience as a journeyman
Further training in the fields of electrical and electronics
Experience in leadership and strong interpersonal skills
Good technical knowledge and strong communication skills
Customer- and development-oriented mindset
Teamwork skills, commitment, and flexibility
Class B driver's license
