Task
Assume responsibility for identifying and addressing problems and questions related to partner connectivity from client departments and external partners;
Engage relevant departments during escalations;
Collaborate closely to transfer complex fault reports to second-level support;
Document solutions provided;
Ensure monitoring and reporting, including the status of connections and access for external partners;
Support the operational application process by reviewing customer requirements and compliance specifications;
Regularly synchronize with the consulting service center on partner connections, contributing to optimization opportunities in the overall process;
Prepare reports and participate in client meetings;

Previous experience in any type of support activity;
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive approach, as well as pleasure in dealing with customers;
Good level of German and English;
High level of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and reliability;
Awareness of data protection and data security;
A mindset for innovation and creativity;
