Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will support various HR functions, including the employee/intern life cycle which consists of recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.• Assisting in drafting, reviewing and posting job descriptions on various job boards.• Reviewing candidates' profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers.• Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and occasionally participating in the interviewing process.• Managing the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including evaluating manpower needs, ensuring efficient deployment and scheduling, monitoring staff well-being and performance, and overseeing accurate time sheet tracking and processing.• Preparing and conducting onboarding for new joiners, and to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. • Assisting with HR administrations, processes, and general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.• Assisting in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.• Supporting and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases.• Supporting in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.• Supporting in office management tasks.

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies.• Past internship experience preferred.• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Open-minded, organized, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.• Enjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.• Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.• Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
