As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will play a key role in managing our internal ServiceNow platform strategically and technically, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with company-wide goals. The following tasks await you:
Platform Ownership & Operations: You own and manage the internal ServiceNow platform as an enterprise-wide solution for Service Management, ensuring operational stability, performance, and strategic development of the platform.
Governance, Quality & Compliance: You define platform governance and organizational structures (including guidelines, QA, reporting), manage platform quality and compliance topics, and ensure secure service delivery in line with company and industry standards.
Strategic Portfolio & Project Management: You drive the setup and orchestration of platform-related projects and initiatives, aligning with business strategy, managing interdependencies, and proactively handling risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support: You engage intensively with stakeholders at all hierarchy levels, support strategic decision-making, manage escalations, and align closely with leadership and practice leads.
Customer Consulting & Business Enablement: You contribute to business development by supporting internal teams and clients with consulting on platform capabilities, fostering innovation in service processes and driving platform adoption.

In order to be prepared for your path as Senior ServiceNow Platform Owner, you have the following qualifications in your luggage:
Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 5 to 7 years of experience in managing enterprise IT platforms, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow or IT Service Management environments.• Passion for building and evolving service platforms, with deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, Governance, and CMDB (Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, ITIL Foundation, and SAFe Agile governance are a plus).• Expertise in platform, compliance, and quality assurance processes, combined with security best practices, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making support in agile, cross-functional environments.• Your way of working is structured and proactive, paired with strong communication skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to navigate confidently in complex, fast-moving organizational settings!
