Welcome Host at the Porsche Studio Baden-Baden
Your responsibilities will include:
Personally welcoming and assisting guests at the Porsche Studio to ensure an excellent customer experience
First point of contact for visitors, interested parties, and customers – both in person, by phone, and by email
Qualifying customer inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate sales or service contacts
Supporting the presentation of vehicles, accessories, and lifestyle products
Ensuring a prestigious ambience in the Porsche Studio through order, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Participating in events, exclusive events, and marketing activities at the Porsche Studio.
Actively supporting the development and maintenance of customer relationships to foster enthusiasm and loyalty
Working with the sales and marketing team to achieve optimal brand utilization.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Initial experience in reception, event, or service management, ideally in a premium environment
Strong communication skills, confident and professional demeanor
High level of service orientation
Hosting skills and organizational talent
Good English skills, additional languages ??are an advantage
Passion for the Porsche brand and enthusiasm for the premium automotive sector
