Do you have a passion for motorsports and a commercial mindset? Then this is your chance! Van Amersfoort Racing is looking for a driven and communicative Partnership Coordinator to strengthen our office in Zeewolde.
About the role
As Partnership Coordinator, you will be the key link between VAR and its partners and sponsors. You’ll make sure we not only deliver on every commitment but also create extra value through strong activations, clear communication and creative collaboration. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Intern, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves building relationships, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced motorsport environment.
Responsibilities
Be the main contact for all partners, coordinate activations, trackside hospitality, and collect feedback to improve events
Research and approach potential partners, prepare proposals and contracts, and lead renewal negotiations
Manage partner branding on cars, suits, team wear, trucks, HQ and website; approve final designs and coordinate stickers
Ensure partner-related content is created and published, coordinate press releases, and manage website
Track sponsorship pipeline, prepare ROI reports, and manage stock of our partner items
Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator and guide the Marketing Intern on partner deliverables
About you
Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field2–5 years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or account management (motorsport experience is a plus!)
Commercially minded, strategic, and driven; you see opportunities and act on them
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
Organised and hands-on, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Affinity with videography, photography and social media (experience is a plus)
Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably Adobe InDesign or Canva
