HR Business Partner
About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced motorsport environment. In this role you will be the strategic partner for management and the trusted advisor for employees. You will lead HR processes, such as recruitment, talent management and organizational development while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Beyond ensuring that our HR department operates in full compliance with Dutch labour laws, this position offers the chance to further develop the foundations of the HR function and actively shaping the future direction of the department.
Responsibilities
Act as primary HR contact for management and employees across all departments
Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure that all organizational and personnel matters are well managed, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture
Drive and organize initiatives on talent development, training, and career progression
Oversee and support the end-to-end hiring process of new employees
Ensure accurate HR administration and reporting
Collect and manage employee documents in compliance with Dutch laws and regulations
Conduct and manage performance reviews with Line Managers, ensuring completion and follow-up
Evaluate and update salary structures, and manage contract and salary negotiations together with the Senior Management Team
Ensure compliance with Dutch workplace regulations, including RI&E assessments and safety workshops
Handle and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
Advise Senior Management on organisational challenges and improvements
Manage HR systems (Nmbrs), ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date
Process monthly payroll
Build and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions
Draft and share newsletters and internal communications
Identify and implement improvements in HR workflows, processes, and policies
Absence and leave management, including (sick) leave registration (UWV)
About You
3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations
Hands-on, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
Living in the Netherlands
Available 32-40 hours per week
