Key Responsibilities Program offline for 5-axis CNC machines using CAD models and technical drawings.
Produce components for patterns, moulds, jigs, Rohacell, and composite assemblies.
Collaborate closely with CNC machinists, pattern makers, and the design office.
Communicate detailed programming instructions clearly to ensure quality output.
Monitor and manage workload to meet tight deadlines and delivery schedules.
Continuously improve programming processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Actively contribute to team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
Support the Rohacell section and assist in other areas of the department as needed.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
Work to demanding schedules aligned with car build and race team requirements. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Experience with 5-axis CNC programming, ideally within Formula One or elite motorsport.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and pattern shop practices.
Hypermill and or MSP programming software experience is highly advantageous
Proficient in interpreting complex engineering drawings and assemblies.
A solid understanding of downstream manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong time management, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to change.
High levels of self-motivation and a positive, proactive attitude.
A commitment to quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required.
