What You'll Do?
As a Internal Communication Content Creator you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's image and reputation both internally and externally. You will lead the development and execution of creative communication strategies that align with business objectives, foster employee engagement, and support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Responsibilities

Ensure proper use of the company’s image and reputation in coordination with local and corporate leadership.

Create, maintain, and continuously improve the site's annual internal communication plan.

Develop 360° creative communication campaigns and materials using storytelling techniques for both administrative and unionized employees.

Manage internal communication channels such as digital screens, email, SharePoint, bulletin boards, etc.

Coordinate diagonal, departmental, and business meetings for Complex Management.

Design high-impact presentations for site leadership.

Write and distribute internal news articles and leadership speeches.

Administer the annual plan for external visits (students, suppliers, executives, etc.).

Lead local Social Responsibility Committee initiatives in coordination with Central Offices.

Coordination of the Complex's participation in local strategic events (Potosina National Fair, 'auto shows', recruitment fairs, etc.)

Participate in Workplace Safety and Emergency Response committees.

Prepare monthly and annual activity reports for various stakeholders.

Supervise external vendors for design, printing, and video production.

Administration and management of photographic and videographic memory of the site

On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis

Bachelor’s Degree: Audiovisual Production, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Digital Communication, Graphic Design, or any related experience.

Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.

1 to 3 years of professional experience in related fields.

English Level: Intermediate.

Strong writing and storytelling skills

Excellent spelling and grammar

Availability for a temporary assignment (Temporary position with a duration of 12 months)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in manufacturing plant environments

Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms

Experience in corporate social responsibility and event coordination

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
