We have a unique opportunity within our Race Support Team as a Composite Technician. This role offers the opportunity to travel and be part of the full Race Support Team calendar. If you have a passion for motorsport and a relentless drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
As Composite Technician – Race Support Team, You Will
- Prepare, build and maintain all Composite parts of a Formula 1 cars for testing and promotional events.
- Working closely with the RST Chief Mechanic ensuring all RST build specs are adhered to for each event
- Working closely with the RST chief mechanic ensuring all composite car spares are stocked checked, logged, packed or stored in the correct areas (Factory – trucks)
- Ensuring all composite parts build procedures meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the motorsport environment (WEC, WRC, FE, Junior Formulas etc.).
- Technical knowledge of the manufacturer composite car parts.
- Technical ability to repair / rebuild all composite car parts.
- To have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and international events
