We Are Looking For:
Position: Finance Controlling Specialist
In this role, you’ll be part of a team that manages the financial and accounting operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing, collecting, and interpreting financial information, as well as managing budgets, reports, forecasts, and statutory returns for Stellantis Austrian brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly closing for new vehicles and track used cars and spare parts relevant to the brand
- Prepare and submit budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Control and reconcile accounts and records
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and follow-ups with the brand headquarters
- Regularly review provisions and accruals, primarily related to sales concessions
- Support the preparation of ad-hoc reports for management and analyze business cases as needed
- Assist in organizing regular monthly business meetings
- Help develop new pricing documents for various models
- Review and prepare business sheets for the B2B team
- Support accounting reports and plans for internal and external audiences (compliance reporting)
- Potentially involve administrative tasks like account management and data entry
What We’re Looking For:
- Completed secondary education and/or a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in controlling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Affinity for car brands and an interest in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
