Lead and drive whole sales process under coordination with cross function departments in terms of acquisition, technical work-scope definition, cost calculation, offer preparation, legal items confirmation, quota timeline control
Care of sales routine activity, such as weekly running and acquisition program report, customer list maintains, customer visitor, top management summit arrangement.
Preparation of offers and development contracts and checking all commercial documents.
Conducting negotiations with customers regarding all price related affairs and payment follow-up and business development.
Market technology and market price and competition observation
Other tasks assigned by manager from time to time.
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
University degree in engineering with a major in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in the areas of development or technical sales in the automotive and supplier industry or with a development service provider
Good understanding of automotive engineering
Negotiating skills and assertiveness
Experience in the field of sales in industrial companies is a big advance.
Experienced handling of the MS office, esp. Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of Chinese and English is must.
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
Willingness to travel
