You will prepare and present regular reports for the IT Board and Head of IT, the status of projects and the project budget.You will be actively requesting and analyzing project status reports via the Project Integration Tool
You will support in the operational implementation of annual project planning.
You will be actively monitoring and controlling of the planned project portfolio during the current year, including regular reminders for the project managers.
You will handle the provision of regular reports for relevant stakeholders (IT business partners, IT project managers
You will be in charge of continuous improvement of the annual planning process based on feedback.
You will be maintaining and monitoring the project portfolio (e.g. project status, project budget, project progress).
You will be planning, preparing and carrying out regular forecasts for the IT project budget.
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
Excellent level of written and spoken German and English
Degree in Business administration, Economics, IT, or similar studies
Forecasting and planning skills for budget allocation.
Data analysis and reporting; Evaluation skills and analytical thinking; Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Microsoft Office suite – focus on Excel & PowerPoint
Good oral and written communication skills
Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data
Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
Confident user of planning tools (Power Apps)
Minimum 2 years of expertise in IT project management & implementation
