Tasks
▪ Plan and execute company events, activities, and communication sessions to enhance employee
engagement
▪ Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening candidates for suitability, and
setting up interview schedules
▪ Assist in the onboarding and offboarding procedures by ensuring a smooth implementation and a
pleasant experience
▪ Support in managing employee and intern relations by handling any concerns or issues in order to
promote a positive workplace
▪ Participate in policy updates and documentation to ensure relevance and take part in executing any HR
policy changes
▪ May undertake an HR project to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
Requirements
▪ Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
▪ Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
▪ Open-minded, organized, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
▪ Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
▪ Past Internship Experience Preferred
