Job Description:
- You will identify and drive operating efficiencies through contractual agreements, provide labor relations support to employees and leaders across the organization, and enable a positive workplace culture and environment.
Responsibilities:
- Equitable administration of the collective agreement including grievance administration, interpretation and overall compliance
- Facilitating effective management/union relations
- Administration of attendance program
- Administration and discipline assessment
- Run attendance reports and gather information to compile into presentations with trend analysis
- EEOC and other workplace investigations
- Coaching, guiding and providing direction to operating management on assigned shift
- Implementation of lean manufacturing activities
Requirements:
- Interpretation and application of contracts and agreements
- Management of compliance and investigatory processes within a union environment
- Facilitation or participation in difficult interactions or situations, focusing on conflict resolution
- Analyzing data and using data to make decisions

Basic Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to work onsite rotating shifts including nights, weekends and occasional holidays.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in labor relations in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information System and reporting tools
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or related field
