•Answer and solve L2/L3 support requests from the Customer Competence Centre: ensure time-to-response, follow-up on request. Act as L1 for internal customer’s on-boarding
•Support beta-testing phases during product and new features deployment: instruct and guide download and installation process, ensure access to training material, license permission and salesforce synchronization
•Perform product user tests at new release reception: installation, updates, simulation scenarios, report defects and track resolution with engineering team
•Support customer migration from legacy product to new ZF[pro]Diagnostics product for smooth experience from registration to product usage
•Track and report licensees, subscription status for all Tier-1 Diagnostics products
•Prepare, submit and maintain product part number in ZF product catalog for Diagnostics products
•Work directly with Tier-1 Diagnostics Project managers and product owners
•Co-work with Marketing team to ensure documentation technical alignment and consistency
