Then join our team and shape the digital future of our customers – with a focus on human capital management, recruiting, learning, performance management, and more. As a Workday Stream Lead, you will use your expertise to optimize end-to-end processes, successfully integrate Workday solutions, and drive innovative digitalization concepts in HR.
The following tasks await you:
Workday solution implementation: You will be responsible for successful Workday implementations in modules such as HCM, compensation, recruiting, talent, learning, time tracking, absence, performance, or data.
Project management & stream responsibility: You will assume responsibility for the planning, execution, and monitoring of Workday projects or lead individual project streams. You will advise our customers on best practices and support them in optimizing their HR processes.
System configuration & data integration: You will configure Workday solutions, extract data from other HR IT tools, and integrate them seamlessly into the existing system landscape.
Architecture and process consulting: You will evaluate HR processes for system compatibility, define requirements, and develop optimal solutions within the Workday architecture.
Networking & knowledge transfer: You will build and actively maintain customer relationships. In addition, you will contribute to the further development of our consulting services and knowledge transfer within the team.
Business Development: You will support (pre-)sales activities, develop tailored offers for our existing and new customers, and be responsible for the entire quotation process.
Requirements
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
You have at least 5 years of experience and knowledge in the HR and Workday environment.
Passion for HR processes and a strong affinity for cutting-edge technologies in the HR environment.
Your working style is structured, analytical, customer-focused, and characterized by flexibility.
You already have one or more Workday certifications (HCM Core, Compensation, etc.).
Things to know before you leave:
Start: by arrangement – ??always at the beginning of each month.
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours) and part-time (from 20 hours) possible. 30 days of vacation
