Service Assistant
Your responsibilities will include:
First personal greeting of our customers and forwarding to the appropriate service advisor,
Maintaining sales and service documents in collaboration with central scheduling,
Planning and preparing service appointments,
Supporting service advisors,
Customer support (by phone / on-site customer contact),
Cash desk work,
Sales of Porsche Lifestyle items,
Supporting service advisors, including appointment scheduling, rental car allocation, and the switchboard,
Supporting the service team and lead processing.
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Confident customer service skills, confident demeanor
Well-groomed appearance
Communication and teamwork skills
High level of commitment
English proficiency
Class B driver's license
