Tasks
Preparation of cost estimates and repair cost calculations for used vehicles for resale
Scheduling and managing the work to be performed in the company's own workshop and with external service providers
Planning and monitoring deadlines and completions
Quality control of external work
Coordination of the repair process with the workshop and used car management
Monitoring of internal and external costs and invoices, as well as tracking of corrections
Preparation of orders for the return of customer vehicles after leasing
Ensuring a brand-appropriate vehicle presentation in the showroom
Support in optimizing sales processes
Requirements
Successfully completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician with a journeyman's certificate, master craftsman's certificate, or comparable technical degree is desirable
Several years of professional experience as a service advisor, mechanic, or vehicle appraiser (m/f/d)
Experience with vehicle repairs and quality management
Confident use of MS Office
Porsche knowledge is an advantage; interest in the brand and our products is required
Customer focus, ability to work in a team, commitment, and Flexibility
Class B driver's license
