•Supporting the establishment of realistic & achievable retail sales targets for dealers•Monitor sales-related KPIs and provide strategic guidance to ensure dealer successConduct regular dealer visits to track sales performance & KPI achievement, assess showroom conditions, and drive improvements•Foster productive relationships with dealer principals, staff and key Porsche Korea stakeholders.•Implement and optimize Porsche’s sales systems & processes including PVMS, C@P, BSC, etc.
