Tasks
As a PIM Technical Solution Manager (m/f/d) (limited to 24 months), you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
Responsible for the technical development and integration of the PIM SaaS solution into existing system landscapes (e.g., ERP D365, Microsoft, e-commerce, etc.)
Designing sustainable, maintainable architectures and migrating legacy systems.
Ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the PIM platform.
Establishing and maintaining support structures (e.g., documentation, communication channels, self-service offerings)
Conducting root cause analyses for technical disruptions and deriving sustainable measures (monitoring, error analysis, and incident management processes)
Advising on integration strategies, data quality, and architectural decisions in the context of the PIM solution
Planning and facilitating technical workshops for requirements gathering and solution evaluation. Managing technical tasks via Jira, including sprint planning, quality assurance, and defining "ready" criteria
Coordination of technical requirements with internal interfaces and external partners
Requirements
You bring the following:
Completed degree* in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
Several years of professional experience in technical PIM management, ideally with SaaS solutions
Sound knowledge of system integration, API design, and data modeling
Structured, solution-oriented working methods in a scaled, agile environment with a high level of personal responsibility
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Assertiveness, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills, as well as a high degree of structured comprehension
