The following tasks await you:
Sales of HR projects: Identification of customer needs, development of customized HR transformation solutions, establishment and maintenance of strategic customer relationships, creation and presentation of offers and solution concepts at the C-level, and responsibility for achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
Project management at the steering level: Initiation and management of complex HR transformation projects, close collaboration with executives and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals, ensuring quality, budget and deadline adherence, as well as continuous optimization of project processes and development of scaling strategies to expand successful projects to larger organizational units.
HR strategy: Implementation of HR target operating models, development of interaction models and service delivery strategies to optimize HR service quality, development of a business-oriented HR IT strategy, selection and integration of suitable HR technologies to improve efficiency, as well as strategic analysis and close collaboration with executives to optimize the HR and people functions.
Leadership & Teamwork: Leadership and coaching interdisciplinary project teams, promoting collaboration and innovation within the team and with external partners, and responsibility for the further development of employees in the area of ??HR transformation.
Requirements
To be prepared for your career as a Senior Manager, you have the following qualifications:
Completed degree in business administration, (business) psychology, HR management, or a comparable field and at least 8 years of experience in consulting or managing HR projects, ideally with a focus on HR transformation and change management.
Passion for selling HR services and solutions and proven success.
Expertise in current HR trends and technologies, e.g. B. HRIS, cloud solutions, and people analytics, as well as managing interdisciplinary teams.
Your work style is characterized by excellent presentation skills, strong leadership skills, high self-motivation, analytical thinking, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Working hours: Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (from 20 hours); 30 vacation days.
