Team Leader (m/f/d) Counter
YOUR TASKS:
Professional management of the reception team
Quality assurance of customer reception processes
Performing service assistance duties in day-to-day business with your team
Interface coordination with sales and service management, particularly in the event of capacity bottlenecks or special promotions
Process optimization in the reception area
Responsibility for compliance with standards and training the team in new tools or processes
Participation in internal coordination for the further development of customer service
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE:
Successfully completed certification as a service assistant (m/f/d) with at least three years of professional experience
Ideally, some management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent organizational and communication skills
Confident use of MS Office and a structured, quality-oriented approach
Ability to work in a team and a strong service orientation
Willingness to work Saturday shifts (rotating, in coordination with colleagues)
Class B driver's license
