Every year, we at Porsche look for students who want to make their dreams come true. As part of an internship – for example, in Sales at Porsche – you have the opportunity to take on responsibility and gain first-hand experience.
SALES AT PORSCHE
There's much more to it than you might initially think. We offer you exciting insights into the diverse areas of sales at Porsche. These include:
Aftersales Technical Service: The Technical Service department acts as the interface to Development and ensures the serviceability of vehicles by influencing products, creating workshop documents, and providing diagnostic systems. It is also responsible for aftersales customer media, the spare parts catalog, and new services in the product development process.
Customer Relations: The Customer Relations department is the "voice of the customer" and coordinates customer support and the processing of product and service-related inquiries. Insights from support flow into the further development of products, processes, and services – supported by the expansion of Customer Relationship Hubs, Porsche Assistance, and other customer satisfaction measures.
International Brand & Sales Qualification: The Retail People Development department designs the qualification of employees in Porsche's global retail organization to meet increasing customer demands, digitalization, and product complexity. They develop training and personnel development measures in sales and after-sales to enable an inspiring product and brand experience.
Market Research: The Customer Insights & Journey Management department analyzes customer feedback along the entire customer journey and derives measures for a consistent brand experience. Studies and 360° insights are incorporated into product development at an early stage and communicated company-wide.
Overseas Sales Region: The Overseas and Growth Markets region at Porsche manages the eight international sales locations in over 70 countries – characterized by cultural, economic, and geographical diversity. With a focus on brand strategy, market understanding, and long-term success, she is responsible for expanding new markets, collaborating with importers, and managing the sales organizations.

Requirements
WHAT DO WE LIKE FROM YOU
You are studying economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, a STEM degree program, or something similar (at least in your third semester or in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degrees)
You work in a structured and independent manner, find analytical and methodical solutions, and are a team player
In addition to professional qualifications, you bring motivation, independence, and an affinity for Porsche
Internship start: from summer semester 2026 and winter semester 2026/2027
Duration: 3 to 6 months
