At Porsche Financial Services Canada, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Remarketing Advisor who brings energy, precision, and a customer-first mindset to everything they do.As a Customer Service & Remarketing Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer service operation - interacting with Porsche customers, dealers, and partners across Canada. You’ll manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries with confidence, and support critical business areas like contract funding, remarketing, and lease-end servicing.This is more than just a call center role, it’s a chance to make an impact across the customer journey and collaborate with teams across the organization.What You’ll Do:• Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality service across calls and emails to customers, dealers, and vendors.• Manage all incoming and outgoing customer communications with precision and care.• Support daily customer service operations, including shared email inbox management and task delegation. • Guide lease-end customers to ensure smooth vehicle returns or alternative arrangements. • Assist in remarketing and resolution of over-term lease accounts. • Apply decision-making authority (with guidance) to reduce risk while protecting customer satisfaction. • Review and audit dealer-submitted contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance tax-related matters.• Maintain and complete all work queues and training within established targets.

What You'll Bring:Education:• A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.Experience: (Job and Industry) • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or automotive finance.• A working knowledge of the automotive, luxury, banking, or insurance sectors is preferred.Skills and Competencies:• Bilingualism in French Canadian and English.• Strong communication and time-management skills.• Confidence working independently and solving problems analytically.• PC experience required with Windows, Word, and Outlook.Additional Information:• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Rotating Saturdays may be required.• Travel: Occasional (up to 15%).• Extended hours may be required during month-end dealer funding cycles.
