Who You Are
Operated material cutting equipment to prepare carbon fiber and composite kits for lamination teams.
Trimmed, sanded, and deburred cured parts; ensured all parts met quality standards before finishing.
Recorded work orders, material traceability, and maintained cleanroom protocols.
Worked collaboratively in team-based production environment, hitting daily and weekly output goals.
Some laminating experience, preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
What You’ll Do
Operate cut table, prepare material kits, maintain freezer and workspace organization.
Create internal patterns for laminating kits.
Track materials (check in/out), perform inventory counts and monthly audits.
Read engineering drawings to identify materials and kits.
Support the Lamination team and report equipment issues to Leads.
Lift and move up to 50 lbs, use basic math for measurements.
