CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will monitor the helpdesk system, allocate incidents, and handle service requests. They will also support HRIS system configurations and document client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess a degree in HR or MIS and have prior experience in HR as an advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala are required.

(Intern) The selected candidate will report to the Senior Consultant Core Solutions Services.. The Formula 1 Graduate Placement Program (Intern) will be responsible for: Monitoring the helpdesk system and allocating incidents and service requests to relevant consultants Handling SuccessFactors / ESS login issues Supporting user guides and KBAs Monitoring data inconsistencies in HRIS system integrations Supporting the testing of HRIS system configurations (SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors) Documenting clients requirements and scope Handling ad hoc report requirements Monitoring system (SuccessFactors) license usage Conducting research/testing on system upgrades . The ideal candidate should possess: A degree or equivalent (completed or final year) in HR or MIS Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in HR will be an added advantage Communication skills in English and Sinhala Analytical and problem-solving skills Teamwork skills If youre up for the challenge, please send your resume to [email protected].
