Role Summary
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our Digital Experiences, onboard and offboard. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end experiences across key touchpoints that connect customers, dealers, fleet operators, and the vehicle. You will oversee web, and embedded in-vehicle platforms, and partner with engineering, design, data, and regional business teams to drive world-class user experiences.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem—leading teams that design and scale platforms that simplify onboarding, enhance vehicle usage, and optimize the ownership journey for both consumers and commercial fleets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmaps
- Define a compelling multi-year product strategy and annual roadmaps for dealer tools, fleet management tools, customer websites, and embedded vehicle apps.
- Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to inform prioritization.
- Champion a data-informed & customer-centric approach to roadmap development and iteration.
- Balance long-term platform investments with short-term feature delivery, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt solutions for local market needs, including compliance and partner integrations.
Execution Excellence
- Partner with engineering and UX to deliver squality products with clarity and speed.
- Drive clarity in product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Own delivery timelines, communication with stakeholders, and alignment across internal and external teams.
- Evangelize product vision, roadmap and progress to executive stakeholders.
Leadership
- Drive cross-functional team alignment around OKRs, roadmaps, and product vision.
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with engineering, UX, marketing, commercial teams, and external partners to drive initiatives to execution
- Foster a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in product management. Experience in automotive, mobility, SaaS, or complex platform ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to define and measure exceptional customer experiences across digital and physical channels.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, connected services, and mobile/web/onboard systems. Ability to challenge and collaborate with technical teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect high-level company goals to product strategy and team execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agile Practitioner: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, iteration planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
