You have an affinity towards modernism and bring strong systems thinking and a passion for scalable, well-documented design. Your craft is rooted in clarity, structure, and functionality—not just aesthetics—and you’re comfortable collaborating closely with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams building for vehicle OS, web, and mobile platforms, helping ensure that the design system remains unified and shared across experiences as much as possible—while still supporting platform-specific needs.

- Create documentation, usage guidelines, and specs for system components.
- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across digital products.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and brand teams across vehicle OS, web, and mobile to unify the system and encourage shared design language.

- Support and mentor a small design team (2–3 designers), fostering collaboration, professional growth.
