We are looking for someone to join our Product Validation Team on an Engineering Trainee scheme. The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver software used for monitoring the reliability of F1 Powertrains across trackside and factory environment, and be responsible for analysing data to assess the heath and performance of F1 powertrains. You will generate and distribute reports of these findings to the wider business, all whilst building a foundational understanding the F1 powertrain subsystems.

Improve efficiency through updating of software tool and process.
Manage and develop tools to monitor engine operational limits and operate within the proven envelope
Interact closely with Product Engineering, Calibration & Controls and Trackside teams to ensure the reliability and performance of F1 Powerunits.
