🚀 We're Hiring | Prototype Engineer

At Brembo, we're looking for a Prototype Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of prototype manufacturing for some of the world's leading automotive brands, including BMW, Ford, Honda, Stellantis, Tesla, Volkswagen, ZF, and other strategic customers.
What you'll do
🔴 Coordinate prototype projects from customer request through final delivery.
🔴 Review engineering specifications, drawings, CNC requirements, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
🔴 Plan prototype production with manufacturing teams and ensure on-time execution.
🔴 Track prototype orders, priorities, and customer requirements.
🔴 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality, and international customers.
🔴 Drive continuous improvements through planning dashboards, process documentation, and project tracking.
We're looking for:
✔ bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
✔ Experience in prototype manufacturing, machining or manufacturing engineering.
✔ Knowledge of CNC machining processes and engineering drawings (GD&T).
✔ Strong project planning and coordination skills.
✔ Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
✔ Advanced English (written and spoken).
