You support the central IT department of the BMW Group in AI Governance and contribute to the responsible and ethical use of our generative AI services.
What awaits you?
- You support our team in developing and enhancing generative AI services with a focus on governance frameworks.
- You analyze and evaluate policies and standards for AI use within the BMW Group, particularly regarding GenAI platforms.
- You gain insights into exciting projects to help shape human-centric governance strategies for generative AI applications.
- You learn about practical use cases of GenAI and their governance implications.
- You assist in designing and implementing new governance features in collaboration with internal IT and business departments.
- You contribute to managing user feedback to improve our governance applications and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- You work in an agile project setup with an international development team.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable Master's degree program.
- Initial practical experience in software development or familiarity with IT governance-related topics.
- Interest in analyzing policies and developing governance frameworks for AI technologies.
- Creative and innovative thinking, along with a structured and focused working style.
- Passion for responsible AI usage and governance in the context of generative AI platforms.
- Fluent in both German and English.
