As a Launch and Change Control Specialist in the Technology Energy Module at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in ensuring that the energy module components meet perfect quality standards through meticulous preparation, processing, and component quality assurance.
What awaits you?
- Work environment -you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and very close to our company cafeteria.
- Team – as a member of our team you’ll be working in a multicultural environtment together with 5é10 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points.
- Collaboration – You maintain ongoing communication with central functions and cross-functional teams (e.g., development, project managers, design team, and colleagues working in the logistics area), as well as with other BMW plants.
- BOM Preparation – You participate in compiling the bill of materials (BOM), aligning detailed schedules, and managing stakeholder requests.
- Process Monitoring – You keep track of the components of the energy modules and the processes required for their assembly.
- Problem Solving – You seek ad-hoc solutions to process or product deviations.
- Projects – You plan the implementation phases. You schedule and coordinate workflows in the early stages of the project, taking into account the prescribed quality, quantity, and status requirements.
What should you bring along?
- Educational Background - You have completed studies or possess relevant work experience.
- Work Experience - You are capable of working with a diverse, multifunctional, and international team, and you have strong communication skills.
- Language skills - Fluent English is required; Hungarian language skills are an advantage.
- Manufacturing and Engineering Knowledge – You can read technical drawings and have an understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Project Management – Previous experience in project management is preferred.
