We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in rubber molding or mixing processes, preferably in the tire industry, to join our team and drive operational excellence.
Position Objective
Oversee and manage Banbury mixing operations for the development of R&D prototypes, the industrialization of compounds in both in-house and external mixing facilities, and the efficient handling of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and recycled content. Ensure optimal utilization of mixing lines, while maintaining strict control over production processes and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a R&D team
- Oversee the industrialization of new machinery and materials.
- Manage technical homologations for new materials.
- Launch new products into standard production.
- Report directly to local coordination and corporate leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in rubber or tire manufacturing processes (molding/mixing).
- Knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing standards, and specifications.
- Experience in IATF 16949.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials, Nanotechnology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Advanced English – daily communication with global teams.
- Skills in project management, problem-solving, and team leadership.
