Hybrid: Reporting to a specific location where work needs to be performed / collaboration should happen (regardless this location is within a hub) and without regard to where a candidate lives (some employees may end up hybrid who live more than 50 miles away but where business needs dictate them to be onsite at a specific location three days per week).

The General Motors Human Interface Design team is dedicated to inventing, designing, and delivering our core software experiences in our vehicles and across our 1st party apps and branded websites.
Lead producers are responsible for enabling the operational frameworks of the GM interface design team, inclusive of processes, and best practices. As the liaison between Software Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, and the Brand Studios, our Lead producers ensure seamless collaboration and successful outcomes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, multitasking abilities, and a problem-solving mindset to define what makes a great product. Lead producers oversee a complex workflow in close collaboration with a team of specialists focused on delivering exceptional user experiences through research and implementation.
