Middleware Lead Software Developer (Cybersecurity)

We are seeking technology game changers to lead the digital transformation to this new world of automotive technology with a focus on the customer experience. As a member of the Platform Software team at Stellantis, the candidate will be responsible for the design, development and integration of the middleware software running on the target platforms for various domains like body control features, In-vehicle Infotainment, instrument clusters, etc.
The primary duties will include the design and development of middleware layers, integration with functional safety principles, configuring and developing middleware such as Adaptive AUTOSAR, design and implement software architecture (SysML and arxml) for SOC based high performance computes. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of modern safety-critical electronic control units embedded software design / development and possess an interest in state-of-the-art automated driving compute platforms and emerging computational technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in design and development of embedded software preferably in automotive applications but not limited to those
- Proficient in software development using C (optional) and C++ (mandatory) languages
- Proficient in UML and software design
- Proficient in OS architecture like QNX, Linux, RTOS
- Good understanding of all Cyber security concepts.
- Experience in various middleware architectures, specifications and configuration tools like Adaptive AUTOSAR
- Able to translate signal-based design into service-oriented design.
- Knowledge of communication protocols like CAN and Ethernet
- Knowledge of tools such as: Rhapsody (or similar), Github, Davinci Adaptive, build systems like C-make build and Sw unit testing tool.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s / bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related degree field
- Experience in working on HPCs or any SOC based ECUs.
- Experience in working on QNX and Linux based embedded systems.
- Experience in working at fast paced environments.
