What’s in store for you?
• Continuous training: You will learn the processes of 10-18 workstations, gain hands-on experience with new machines and equipment, and perform minor cleaning and adjustment tasks.
• Machine and equipment preparation: You will inspect machines and equipment at your workstation before shifts, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are ready.
• Production process monitoring: You will oversee the operation of assigned machines and equipment, report any irregularities immediately, and initiate corrective actions.
• Assembly tasks: You will carry out assembly tasks as specified in work instructions.
• Quality control: You will inspect assembled components, identify defects, and report them immediately, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Safety compliance: You will always wear the required protective gear (safety glasses, gloves) and promptly report any safety risks.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: You will actively participate in identifying and resolving production issues and support the maintenance team in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
What we expect from you:
• Education: You have at least a primary school diploma (8 grades) or a secondary school qualification.
• Work experience: If you have a secondary school qualification, you must have at least 1 year of continuous relevant experience in a production environment (preferably at a manufacturing company) within the last 3 years. If you have only a primary school diploma, 2 years of continuous production experience within the last 5 years is required.
• Use of mechanical tools: You have good manual dexterity and are familiar with using various mechanical tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, measuring instruments).
• Precision and teamwork: You pay close attention to details and can collaborate effectively with your team members.
• Shift work: After production starts, you are willing to work in rotating shifts.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of Hungarian is required.
