YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
*Design and standardization of global operating processes.
*Assessment and benchmarking of plants in terms of productivity, costs, and efficiency.
*Management of corporate initiatives for continuous improvement & digital transformation.
*Design, drive and dimension productivity projects (such as automation, re-layout, shift management).
*Support for plants in implementing best practices, by using typical industrial engineering tools and methodologies such as time studies, chrono-analysis, man/machine chart, Value Stream mapping.
*Economical and operational analysis of projects (Business case development).
*Development and implementation of corporate KPIs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*Master Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
*Minimum 3/4 years of experience in similar role.
*Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and green belt.
*Good Knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, etc..).
*Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc).
*Travelling flexibility (international and domestic).
