HR Business Partner
Close collaboration with HR Business Partners and familiarization with individual areas of talent and performance management
Assumption of responsibility for own (sub-)projects
Preparation and support of internal culture workshops and HR conferences
Support in the development of strategic HR topics with a focus on leadership development and personnel planning
Involvement in the management of 360° feedback processes
Requirements
Studies in economics, (business) psychology, or similar with a focus on human resources
At least three semesters of academic experience and ideally initial practical experience in human resources
Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team
Independent and structured working style
Confident use of MS Office applications
Very good communication skills in German and English
