Responsible for the further development of the consulting portfolio in the area of Grid and Information Technologies
Development and implementation of marketing strategies to position the management consultancy in the market
Participation in specialist conferences and networks to expand the business contact network
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Identification and acquisition of new consulting projects and clients
Conducting presentations and workshops for clients
Project management/mentor for IT (software) implementations, for network topology solutions for (critical) IT infrastructures, for IT service scopes in large-scale energy and mobility transition projects, and for digitalization projects in critical infrastructure
Application of professional project management methods
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of IT architectures at all levels as well as agile software development
In-depth understanding of complex technical, organizational, and regulatory systems in the energy sector
Experience in the development, implementation, and operation of complex IT systems for electricity grid operators
Strong understanding of IT security (KRITIS and ISO 27001) and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
Ideally, experience with data-driven solutions for flexibility marketing in the energy market and connecting decentralized flexibility.
Successfully completed studies in computer science, energy, or business informatics.
Several years of professional experience in the energy sector and consulting.
Several years of management experience, ideally in a comparable position.
High affinity for management and technical consulting.
Practical experience in operating (critical) IT infrastructure.
Ideally, extensive experience in corporate, strategic, and business development, as well as project management.
Experience in developing and leading diversified teams.
Ability to set strategic goals and consistently pursue them within the team.
Strong decision-making skills and willingness to take responsibility.
