Your tasks:
Advising on all maintenance and service matters and ensuring the smooth and punctual execution of all service orders
Conducting information and consultation meetings with customers
Creating precise calculations and transparent cost estimates
Ensuring effective coordination of repairs
Requirements
Our requirements:
Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
Professional experience as a service advisor (m/f/d) desirable
Certification as a certified automotive service advisor (m/f/d) is an advantage
Good organizational skills and negotiation skills
Strong teamwork skills and flexibility
Confident use of the "Cross" DMS system is an advantage
Class B driver's license
