We as a team...
...are responsible for organizational design and optimization within the General Secretariat. We design and manage the continuous and sustainable development and optimization of our organizational structure and processes. We also ensure the definition and adherence to clear processes and responsibilities, ensuring that the necessary framework prevails.
Start: September/October
Duration: 6 months
What can you expect?
Internal/external analyses (e.g., trend and competitive analyses) and benchmarks
Conceptual development of project management methods and standards as well as the company-wide continuous improvement process
Cost and rescaling program for medium- and long-term efficient alignment of the company
Validation, evaluation, and processing of capacity data as a basis for cross-departmental position approvals for, among other things, new vehicle projects/business areas
Further development of company-wide process management
Preparation of decision-making documents for top management as well as preparation and follow-up of workshops
Requirements
What sets you apart?
A place to study economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree program (at least in the third semester or in the gap year between bachelor's and master's degrees)
Initial practical experience in the automotive industry in project management or ideally in the consulting industry

Strong analytical skills as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
Independent, structured, and conceptually oriented working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
