Tasks
To strengthen our clients' group-wide internal control system (ICS) in the area of IT and information security, we are looking for an expert (m/f/d) who can identify systemic and procedural risks early, address them effectively, and confidently master modern control tools.
The following tasks await you:
Establishment, further development, and monitoring of the internal control system in IT in accordance with legal and internal company requirements
Close collaboration with IT Audit and specialist departments to implement effective control mechanisms
Documentation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of relevant processes and controls
Further development of IT and information security specifications and concepts in coordination with the respective responsible parties based on identified deviations
Identification and implementation of measures to increase process quality and security
Derivation and implementation of suitable controls to minimize risk (IT risk)
Requirements
To be prepared for your career as an Internal Control System Specialist, you have the following qualifications:
Education: Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, auditing, or a comparable qualification, and at least 5 years of professional experience.
Passion: Strong interest in IT compliance, internal control systems (ICS), risk management, and auditing, motivation to actively shape secure, sustainable, and efficient processes, and a focus on continuous improvement of control quality.
Expertise: Several years of professional experience in IT compliance, auditing, ICS, or internal auditing and in-depth knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g., COSO, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, COBIT, ITIL).
Working Practice: Strong communication skills in German and English; confident in communicating with various stakeholders and departments, and a strong understanding of complex IT architectures (on-premises, cloud, hybrid systems) and operational processes.

Start: By arrangement – always at the beginning of each month
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days
