Tasks
Advising on and managing complex infrastructure projects in the energy sector with a focus on route planning and construction coordination
Supporting approval processes in compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements
Collaboration with service providers and other project teams
Implementing and monitoring quality standards and processes to ensure compliance with all technical and safety specifications
Preparing tender and contract documents and participating in bidder discussions
Actively managing the project to achieve cost, time, and quality targets and identifying measures to accelerate and minimize risks
Conducting negotiations with service providers and authorities, as well as maintaining continuous communication with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
Relevant professional experience in route planning, underground pipeline construction, construction planning, or site coordination in onshore infrastructure projects
Knowledge of civil engineering or route planning
Ability to implement and monitor standards/processes in infrastructure projects
Experience in cost control, budget monitoring, and tender preparation
Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
Ability to advise clients during all project phases
High communication skills and interdisciplinary work skills
Very good subject-related and successful degree
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting and/or the construction industry, preferably in the energy and environmental sectors
Practical experience in project management, for example in the construction sector, including goal setting, personnel planning, task allocation, and successful project execution
Experience in leading teams as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
Very good analytical skills and a conceptually structured and customer-oriented approach
Entrepreneurial thinking and sales affinity, ideally with an existing network in the relevant field
High interest in current trends in the construction industry and new technologies
Open, team-oriented personality with the motivation to actively contribute ideas and contribute to the further development of the company
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Basic willingness to travel and flexibility
