Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in the field of a cable manufacturer, engineering service provider for cable infrastructure, or logistics company
Project management certification according to IPMA or PMI is a plus
Very good subject-related and successful completion of a degree
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting and/or the industrial sector, preferably in the energy and environmental sectors
Practical experience in project management, for example in the energy sector, including goal setting, personnel planning, task allocation, and successful project execution
Experience in leading teams as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
Very good analytical skills and a conceptually structured and customer-oriented approach
Entrepreneurial thinking and sales affinity, ideally with an existing network in the relevant field
High interest in current trends in the energy industry and new technologies
Open, team-oriented personality with the motivation to actively contribute ideas and contribute to the further development of the company
