What you can look forward to as Customer Change Management Specialist (m/f/d):
- Drive changes within the defined Global Change Management System throughout all phases considering the in- and external given timeframe.
- Support Program/Plant Manager to achieve quality, timing and business KPI´s by ensuring that working packages of each change phase are completed with the necessary quality in time by the team members.
- Coordinate periodical internal Change Management review meetings with all functions and customer.
- Manage that ZF Material Master and Bill of Material (BOM) is up to date.
- Control and monitor special cases, e.g. special builds, prototypes.
- Guarantee data transfer and data quality by performing relationship management with the OEM plant.
- Identify claiming potentials out of deviations from contractual agreements (e.g. volume)
- Create changes triggered by customer R&D and contractual framework
- Create external view of changes with project/program team and negotiate content in alignment with Account Manager
Your Profile as Customer Change Management Specialist (m/f/d):
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Ability to work team-oriented and to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
- High flexibility and ability to motivate people
- Proven intercultural and social competence
- Solid IT skills in MS Office and SAP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Profound knowledge of TS19649 and ISO 14000
- Working proficiency in English
