As a Business Process Improvement Trainee, you will be part of a team dedicated to analyzing and transforming business processes on a daily basis. Your primary responsibility will be to question the current practices of departments, identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance efficiency. You will need to stay informed about the latest market developments, such as PowerApps, artificial intelligence, and automation, and apply this knowledge in your work. In this role, you will facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with various departments, aiming not only to implement quick wins but also to drive sustainable, long-term change. Additionally, you will support projects to ensure that improvements are effectively implemented through to completion.
What awaits you?
- Act as a continuous improvement ambassador, promoting and coaching the use of new methods to drive standardization and efficiency across the organization, achieving quick wins.
- Facilitate workshops to redesign, map, measure, and improve end-to-end business processes.
- Collaborate with Process Owners to map, standardize, optimize, and implement improvements to business processes from start to finish.
- Serve as a change management agent to overcome barriers to change in the implementation of redesigned or improved processes.
- Actively drive projects to integrate new ideas into the business.
- Provide support for the launch of new projects.
- Assist in delivering training to the business.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Consulting and Project Management (preferred).
- Familiarity with lean and project management methodologies (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and ethical conduct.
- Interest in applying Macros and VBA for process automation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Fluent in English and Spanish language.
