WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Plan and implement repairs and upgrades to major facility equipment and structures to maintain operation of the facility production.
- Determine maintenance parts requirements through review of equipment operating manual and place orders with vendors and control inventory of replacement parts, fluids, supplies, and cleaning agents.
- Perform facility inspections to determine mechanical and structural systems status and coordinate maintenance and repairs with appropriate managers.
- Primary lead for operational equipment in production areas and first troubleshooting.
- Provide daily updates to production managers and supervisors on facility work status and activities.
- Keep detailed documentation on work performed when maintenance activities need to be executed.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement walks and daily 6S for building and communicates issues promptly and clearly, as well as actions to resolve issues.
This position requires lifting and carrying up to 50 lb., driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, squatting, hearing, reading, writing, and exposure to variations in temperature and high noise.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 -5 years of general maintenance knowledge and experience.

This position requires full time attendance at the facility.
The hourly rate of pay for this role is: $30.91 (per collective bargaining agreement). Supplemental earning potential includes shift differential and overtime. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
