DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing safety and prevention activities within the company, performing the role of RSPP pursuant to D. Lgs. 81/08 ATECO 5 (the candidate must demonstrate the legal requirements and training), while maintaining constant updates on relevant safety and environmental regulations.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
*Identify risk factors present in the company, conduct risk assessments in accordance with D. Lgs. 81/08, and propose and manage safety plans and procedures, including the specification of adopted PPE, to protect the physical integrity and health of personnel and ensure workplace safety and hygiene.
*Gather all necessary information for the preparation of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR and DUVRI) as well as for the implementation of specific training programs for workers in collaboration with HR, including environmental aspects.
*Manage cases of workplace injuries and occupational diseases with thorough analysis and definition of countermeasures & maintain relations with workers' representatives and conduct periodic meetings as required by D. Lgs. 81/08.
*Maintain and be responsible for the Environmental and Safety Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 by performing the required activities & Conduct ergonomic risk assessments based on the relevant ISO standards: ISO 11228-1 (Lifting and Carrying), ISO 11228-2 (Pushing and Pulling), ISO 11228-3 (Handling of Low Loads at High Frequency), ISO 11226 (Postures), and company guidelines.
*Managing all environmental aspects: waste management, implementation procedures for obtaining and maintaining Environmental permits and authorizations under AUA and AIA regimes, environmental risk assessments.
*Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental respect in the workplace by engaging all employees and applying the Pirelli Excellence in Safety methodology based on BBS (Behavior-Based Safety), participating in and organizing periodic meetings and safety committees.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*Degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
*Significant experience of at least 3-5 years in the manufacturing sector within structured companies with complex production processes.
*Fluency in Italian and English.
*Good level in using Microsoft Office.
