Program Details:
- Duration: 27 months
- Rotations: 3 rotations, including at least 1 abroad, across various functions at a global level.
- Exposure: Extended interaction with senior leaders, formal and on-the-job training, and professional development.
By the end of this journey, you will be ready to fill key roles within the Brembo Group, thanks to a constructive dialogue between you and the company.
We are looking for brilliant newly graduates with a
five years’ Master of Science degree in the following faculties:
- Engineering: Aeronautical, Aerospace, Automation, Chemical, Electronics, HPC (High Performance Computing), Information Technology, Management, Materials and Nanotechnology, Mathematical, Mechanical, Mechatronics
- Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Big data, Physics
- Economics, Business Administration, Finance
We will also consider candidates with a Master of Science degree in the above courses and
up to 12 months’ work experience.
Other
essential requirements are:
- Excellent university background
- Master of Science degree awarded by the end of August 2025 (Bachelor of Science degree alone is not accepted)
- English knowledge at least B2 level
- Availability for international mobility
- Strong interest and motivation for international and cross-functional work experiences
- European Union citizenship and/or long-term permit for extra EU
